Bihar NEET UG 2026 Counselling – Online Application Process

Step 1: Registration

Visit the official website of BCECEB

Click on the UGMAC/NEET UG 2026 Counselling Registration link

Register using a valid mobile number and email ID

An Activation Code will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID

Enter the activation code to activate your account

The registered email ID will be used as the User ID

Create and save your password carefully for future login

Step 2: Fill Personal Information

Candidates need to enter the following details carefully:

Father’s Name

Mother’s Name

Gender

Category

Address & Contact Details

Domicile Information

Candidates are advised to save the application form as a draft after completing each section.

 

Step 3: Upload Photograph & Signature

Candidates must upload scanned copies of the following documents:

Photograph Requirements

Recent passport-size photograph

Photograph must contain a placard mentioning:

Candidate’s Name

Date of Photograph

Signature Requirements

Full signature of the candidate

Signature must not be in CAPITAL LETTERS

Step 4: Academic Details

Candidates should keep their Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets ready before filling this section.

Required details include:

Name of School/Board

Passing Year

Roll Number

Marks/Percentage Obtained

Qualification Details

Step 5: Preview Application Form

Before final submission, candidates must carefully verify all details entered in the application form, including:

Personal Details

Uploaded Images

Academic Information

Category & Reservation Details

Any incorrect information may lead to rejection of candidature.

 

Step 6: Payment of Counselling Fee

To participate in Bihar NEET UG 2026 Counselling, candidates must pay the counselling fee.
The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Download and print the bank challan

Deposit the counselling fee at the designated bank branch before the last date

Step 7: Download & Print Application Form

Take multiple printouts for future reference

Keep payment receipt and application copy safe until admission process is completed

Choice Filling Process

After successful registration, candidates must participate in the Choice Filling & Locking Process.

Before final allotment, BCECEB releases a Mock Seat Allotment List.

Purpose of Mock Allotment

Helps candidates understand probable seat allocation

Allows candidates to modify their choices before final locking

Final Seat Allotment List

After the choice filling period ends, BCECEB releases the Final Seat Allotment Result.

Candidates allotted seats must:

Download the allotment letter

Report to the allotted college within the given deadline

Complete document verification and admission formalities
