MP NEET UG 2026 Counselling Process

Step 1: Registration

After the declaration of the NEET UG 2026 result, candidates who qualify for the examination and wish to participate in the counselling process must register online on the official website of Directorate of Medical Education Madhya Pradesh.

Online registration is mandatory for participation in MP NEET UG 2026 Counselling

Candidates must use a valid:

Keep login credentials safe for future use

Without successful registration, candidates will not be allowed to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process.

 

Step 2: Seat Matrix & State Merit List

After completion of the registration process, Directorate of Medical Education Madhya Pradesh will release:

Seat Matrix

The seat matrix will include:

List of participating colleges

Course-wise seat availability

Category-wise seat distribution

Quota details

State Merit List

DME MP will then publish the MP NEET UG 2026 State Merit List containing:

Names of eligible candidates

State Merit Rank

Category Details

NEET Rank Information

Only candidates included in the state merit list will be eligible for the next stage of counselling.

 

Step 3: Choice Filling & Locking

Candidates included in the merit list must complete the choice filling process by logging into their registered counselling account.

During Choice Filling, Candidates Can:

Select preferred colleges

Choose desired courses

Arrange choices according to preference order

Modify or edit choices before the deadline

Important Note

Candidates who fail to fill choices will not be considered for seat allotment

Choice locking before the last date is mandatory

Candidates are advised to fill maximum possible choices to improve admission chances.

Directorate of Medical Education Madhya Pradesh will prepare the MP NEET UG 2026 Seat Allotment Result.

Step 5: Document Verification & Admission Confirmation

Candidates allotted a seat and willing to continue admission must report to the allotted institute for document verification.

Admit Card

Class 10 & 12 Mark Sheets

Deposit the tuition fee for the current academic year

Failure to report within the given timeline may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
